I have been in the travel industry for 19 years and have owned my own agency since 2002, giving me years of experience to ensure your trip is perfect.

Because I have traveled so extensively, I am able to provide my clients with firsthand knowledge about many destinations and can also offer them sage travel tips and advice that another agent may not be able to.

My years of experience also help me to aid my clients on those occasions when things don't go quite as expected. For example, some clients of mine were stranded in an airport because there were huge disruptions in the flight schedules after the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Fortunately, with my help, they were able to find plane tickets home in just one hour.

Although most of my clients will never need my assistance to get them out of a travel jam, I know that it reassures them that I am there for them, ready, willing and available if they were to require my services.

In addition to my years of travel experience, I have also earned numerous certificates, including ones for Sandals, Marriott Hotel, CLIA and the Airline Reporting Corporation.
